A comprehensive travel insurance package is included in all of Prometour’s products. This package is our most comprehensive travel insurance product available, and includes the following coverage:

Medical & other benefits: unlimited coverage
Subsistence allowance
Baggage and personal effects

Cancellation or interruption (*included on European and Latin American tours only)

Medical & other benefits: unlimited coverage
Covers medical expenses incurred as a result of an emergency medical condition that has arisen on your trip, and may include:

Ambulance
Return to your departure point
Emergency dental treatment
Companion's travel to your bedside
Return of vehicle
Flight Accident

Subsistence Allowance coverage Maximum of 3,500.00$
Reimburses you for commercial accommodations and meals, essential telephone calls and taxi fares if, upon a physician's advice, you or your travelling companion are relocated or delayed beyond your return date to receive medical treatment for an emergency medical condition covered under this insurance.

Baggage & Personal Effects coverage
Provides protection from the loss of, or damage to, the baggage and personal effects that you own and use during your trip, including some of the costs for the replacement of a lost or stolen passport, driver's license, birth certificate or travel visa: It also provides reimbursement for necessary toiletries and clothing for baggage delays. Maximum of 400.00$

Flight Accident coverage
Covers you for death, dismemberment, loss of sight in both eyes or complete and irrecoverable loss of speech or hearing, while on airport premises, travelling on scheduled helicopter shuttles, and in airport buses and limousines that have been authorized by the carrier or airport authority, as well as during the scheduled flight.

Travel Accident coverage
Covers you for death, dismemberment, loss of sight in both eyes or complete and irrecoverable loss of speech or hearing, while on a covered trip.

Cancellation & Interruption protection (*included on European and Latin American tours only)
