Every parent or guardian receives a reservation form that includes our terms and conditions for educational travel with Prometour. The completed reservation form should be included with your first deposit payment (check, cashier's check or a completed Credit Card Payment Form). Please make sure your child has a VALID PASSPORT a minimum of 90 days prior to travel which remains valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of the trip.

Keep in touch
Keep a copy of the hotel list that the teacher will provide you. Most of our hotels are equipped with Internet. You can easily keep in touch with your child by email.

Assist the teacher
For the teacher in charge, organizing a school trip requires dedication, passion and many unpaid overtime hours. Their genuine interest in providing valuable educational opportunities for his or her students is their motive for delivering a Prometour educational tour. Taking your child abroad is a big responsibility - please help them by making sure your payments and paperwork are received on time!
