“"This Paris trip was a great success. My students had a perfect balance of cultural and linguistic immersion as well as tourism. The opportunity to stay with host families forced them to use their French and gave them a unique learning experience to stay in a French home and eat French meals. Every morning conversations were buzzing about what they discussed, ate, played, learned or misunderstood the night before. Our appointments allowed easy access to the busy sites and the guides were all knowledgeable and interesting. Our French tour director was informative, organized, patient and accommodating. “Many elements combine to make a good trip but by far the most important is the tour guide. This is the second time I have worked with (your Prométour Tour Director) and he definitely makes the difference between a good trip and a great one. He is so enthusiastic about his love for France and especially for Paris, and he is great at passing that enthusiasm on to the group. We were all moved by the things he said.
Visiting Paris with (the Prométour Tour Director) is like spending time with a very cultured, very Parisian friend and this added a lot to the adults` enjoyment of the trip. He was a constant font of interesting and fun details, which we all enjoyed and learned from. He was definitely the most important and best element of our trip!
I especially appreciate the fact that Prométour is willing to make a custom tour for us since our school, and subsequently our group; is small and we do have some special requirements, such as going to Mass on Sunday. It has been a pleasure working with Prométour and although I am retiring at the end of this year, I hope to continue to lead other groups so I hope to work with you again sometime.”

“Our tour guide being a madrileño, very easily guided us around his city. One great example of this was after viewing the art at The Prado, we walked down the streets toward the Puerta del Sol. But, we took a slightly different route than we had to arrive at the museum. The reason? He knew that at a particular bank building at noon there would be a "puppet show" of moving cultural Spanish figures. There were no other groups there; just ours and we had a great viewing.
One other out of the ordinary action that we did was to take the train into Toledo. I also would recommend this to other groups. Our students were able to see the highly modern Atocha station as compared to a station in one of the older neighborhoods. Once we were in the station, we walked along the Tajo river and entered the city by walking over one of the old bridges and entering through one of the arches of the city. We didn't get the "traditional Goya view", but we were captivated with the view that we did have of the city - which was indeed much more like what a citizen of old would have experienced!
Last but not least I want to thank Prometour for having a representative at JFK to help us with our delayed flight! He was a great help!
Well, once again, I know that our group thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I would indeed use your company again when planning another trip.”

“The communication via phone and email was quick, personal and thorough. Host families in Paris were a very worthwhile part of the trip. The students saw a part of the French culture they would have missed if they had stayed in a hotel for the entire week. This trip was a wonderful experience overall for all of our students.
